Storm Soccer Academy is excited to announce the hiring of Kevin Kennedy as the new director for Storm Soccer Academy Statesboro. We’re thriled to have Kevin heading up our Statesboro location at The Clubhouse because of his wealth of soccer knowledge and his passion for soccer in the Statesboro area.

Kevin is currently in his 9th season as the head coach at Georgia Southern University and was the 2006 Southern Conference Coach of the year. He has spent time at the college, high school and club levels of coaching during his long career.

Kevin will no doubt continue to grow soccer in Statesboro to new levels through the Storm SA curriculum, infrastructure, and with the addition of the new Clubhouse facilities.

Georgia Southern University graduate assistant Colby Childress will also continue to direct our U6/U8 program in the fall of 2015. This program was an instant success this past spring and we will continue to offer the same program next year for players under the age of 8 looking for an introductory experience in Statesboro.

Storm SA is dedicated to individual and team development, and the addition of these highly qualified staff members will help us to grow Statesboro and the wntie Storm Family.
