The Clubhouse requires that you submit sponsorship requests at least one month prior to your event. All requests will be reviewed and agreed upon by the owners and management staff. If a sponsorship is granted, you will be notified via email to schedule a pick up or to tell you your request has been mailed.

The Clubhouse’s Policies and Procedures: All granted sponsorships will be either placed in a pick up box at Guest Services under the contact person’s name listed above or mailed to the address provided above. You will then be notified via email when your request is ready for pick up or has been mailed. No sponsorship requests will be taken without this application. Sponsorship amounts and/or packages are subject to The Clubhouse’s discretion. The Clubhouse does not guarantee all requests will be honored. Sponsorship applications will be evaluated on or before April 1 and October 1, and you’ll be notified via email of The Clubhouse’s decision after that date. By submitting this application you agree to these policies and procedures and agree to submit a new request via this application each year/season.
